CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Diya Designer Jewellery. We published the rules and regulations, policy and Terms of use and conditions for access or usage of Diya Designer Jewellery marketplace platform - www.diyadesignerjewellery.com. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of above, at any time without any prior written notice to You. Please review the Cancellation Policy for updates/changes.

The term “We”, ”Us”, “Our”, “DDJ” shall defined as In Diya Designer Jewellery. The term "You" or "User" shall be determined as natural or legal person who has agreed to become a customer/buyer on Platform by providing data while registering on the website as guest or Registered User.

The situations may be –

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Invalid or Incomplete customer Address.
  • Non-serviceability at the customer address by our delivery partners.
  • Customer didn’t attend /respond the call several times for confirmation of the order.
  • Customer refuses to pay for an order
  • Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
  • Any other reason.

If it’s Online Payment Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 21 days provided that order has not been shipped. All the payments are subject to bank charges and order cancellation request made on the same day of order provided if such order is not shipped can be refunded only after deducting bank charges. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when the payment is done.

You have ordered a product by mistake or anything else, you can cancel the order prior to dispatch by contacting representative customer care team @ +91 97459 68370 and email us diyadesignerjewellery@gmail.com before dispatch of the product/consignment. The amount will be refunded to you after deducting bank charges. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when the payment is done. This policy is only applicable for customers in India and we won't be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.

 

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 97459 68370 or email us at diyadesignerjewellery@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out. Make a full length video without break/pause while opening the courier. This policy is only applicable for customers in India and we won't be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost.

It is the responsibility of each customer to review or update the website and Cancellation Policy periodically to know about any revision to this policy.
