The term “We”, ”Us”, “Our”, “DDJ” shall defined as In Diya Designer Jewellery. The term "You" or "User" shall be determined as natural or legal person who has agreed to become a customer/buyer on Platform by providing data while registering on the website as guest or Registered User.

Diya Designer Jewellery has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website. Diya Designer Jewellery aims to get your package to you as quickly as possible, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

For domestic orders of online payments, it may take 2-7 days for delivery and for international orders it will take 10-15 days under the favorable circumstance.

For domestic orders of COD it may take 5-21 days under the favorable circumstance.

WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL/CONSIGNMENT, YOU SHOULD TAKE A FULL LENGTH VIDEO OF UNBOXING WITHOUT ANY BREAK/PAUSE IN THE VIDEO. THEN ONLY WE WILL ACCEPT THE DAMAGE OF THE PRODUCT. THIS APPLICABLE FOR INDIAN CUSTOMER ONLY.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies. Some country may require paying import fees, customs, duties etc. and Diya Designer Jewellery does not have any control over the Customs Duty if any levied. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website.

Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (Airway bill number/Docket number) through SMS and email.

Diya Designer Jewellery is not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Diya Designer Jewellery is committed to delivering the goods to you on time and in good condition. However, Diya Designer Jewellery has limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to an extent of a limit that may change from time to time.

Diya Designer Jewellery is not responsible if the product comes back return to us because of incorrect address /not available to receive/refuse to accept in that condition both side shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

We ship through leading courier services or Speed post, and you can track your order online after it is shipped by clicking at Track Order.

In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

Delivery shall be made in accordance with shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, we will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated date.

We are not responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery. Such failure were due hartal,strikes, Weather conditions, Temporary technical issues, Maintenances Works, courier driver have a prescheduled route, natural calamities, no door delivery service area, delay due to custom duty, Incomplete or improper address given, difficult access to the location, Refused by the customer, Lost packages, Failed delivery attempt, Port congestion, Misroute of the consignment, stock unavailability, Does not respond the call by the customer, Logistic problem, Documentation mistakes, System failure, Recipient unavailability,etc.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 9745968370 or email at diyadesignerjewellery@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.diyadesignerjewellery.com, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. the customer should contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.Customs, duties and taxes may be collected from the customer by the carrier after paying it to the local customs office on customer/consignee behalf.

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 97459 68370 or email us at diyadesignerjewellery@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. This policy is only applicable for customers in India and we won't be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost.

It is the responsibility of each customer to review or update the website and Shipping Policy periodically to know about any revision to this policy.
